Free Shipping  : Orders over 610 EUR *

International delivery cost : 

EU Countries 15 EUR

Delivery time: 2-4 working days 

UK & Switzerland : 20 EUR

USA  25 EUR

Delivery time: 3-5 working days 

Canada & Australia- 30 EUR

Delivery time: 4-7 working days

TAXES AND DUTIES

*Please note that shipping outside of the EU could incur customs charges imposed by the Customer’s national tax/customs authorities. Baleen Eyewear is not responsible and has no control over additional charges or delays due to custom clearance and cannot predict what they may be

RETURNS

We offer customers a free return service on all orders within 14 days for orders placed in the EU. When the return arrived back at our warehouse and the quality is still very good, your refund will be processed within 14 days from the day the return arrived back at the warehouse.

*Unfortunately, we do not offer any returns or exchanges on international orders (we do not accept returns from outside of EU). Please keep this in mind before placing your order.

Items must be returned unworn, unmarked and in the original undamaged boxes. Packaging must be returned as well as they are considered part of the product. Also, the including return form must be filled out. We are not able to process your return if this form is missing.
